How to Get Your Home Buyer Rebate

1. Complete the form below to receive and complete the required Consumer Information Statement and the Exclusive Buyer's Agency Agreement which contains the details of the rebate program and how it works.*
   
   
2. Start Home Shopping! 87% of home buyers today begin their search online, so get started on our website and sign up to receive daily email updates of properties you are interested in.
   
   
3. Once you find the property you are interested in, return the required paperwork, and the agent assigned to you will begin to schedule appointments to show you the properties you are most interested in.
   
   
4. Once you decide on the property you want to purchase, your agent will draw up the contract, present the offer and manage the rest of the purchase transaction for you.
   
   
5. Upon the closing of the property you have chosen, the rebate will be deducted from the commission earned by your agent and will be paid to you in the form of a credit or check by the closing agent.
