How Our Home Buyer Rebate Works
In New Jersey, when a property is listed for sale with a real estate agent, the seller typically offers a 2.5% commission to the selling agent. When you sign up with us to buy a home, you will be paid a rebate deducted from the agents commission at closing. You will receive full service representation during the purchase transaction and your agent will work hard to get you the home you want at the best price and terms possible.
